Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BodyMog (the “Service”). By creating an account, uploading a photo, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Who can use BodyMog

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

2. What BodyMog is — and isn’t

BodyMog uses computer-vision models to estimate physique-related attributes (score, body-fat range, proportional weak points) from a photo you provide, and to generate training and nutrition suggestions based on that estimate.

The results are estimates, not measurements, and not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. They should not be used to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about any health condition. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your training, diet, or supplementation — especially if you’re pregnant, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and any text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you (run the scan, return your report, store your dashboard).

You promise that:

• You have the right to upload every photo you upload.
• You will not upload photos of other people without their consent, and you will not upload photos of minors.
• You will not upload sexual, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content. BodyMog is a fitness tool, not an image host.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Attempt to bypass billing, share paid access, or use a single subscription across multiple people.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or to harm another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by PayPal. By starting a subscription you authorize the recurring charge at the displayed price and interval (monthly or yearly). Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply retroactively to the period you already paid for.

Cancellation: you can cancel any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the paid period; we don’t pro-rate partial periods, with one exception:

7-day money-back guarantee on the yearly plan. If you cancel the yearly plan within 7 days of the initial purchase and email support@bodymog.com, we will refund the full charge.

Failed payments may result in immediate loss of paid access. Taxes may be added where required by law.

6. Promotional codes

Promo codes have no cash value, can’t be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Codes obtained fraudulently will be voided.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the BodyMog name, branding, software, prompts, model outputs presented to you, and the underlying design and copy, is owned by BodyMog and protected by IP laws. You may use the reports we generate for your personal training. Don’t republish the Service’s output as your own product or as professional advice to others.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (OpenAI for image analysis, PayPal for billing, etc.). We’re not responsible for their independent acts or outages, but we do our best to choose reputable providers and to recover quickly from disruptions.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@bodymog.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the Service is being abused. On termination your subscription ends and your right to use the Service stops.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyMog disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, and uninterrupted availability. Specifically, we do not warrant that any score, body-fat estimate, plan, or recommendation is accurate or appropriate for your specific situation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyMog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or fitness outcomes. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify BodyMog from claims arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) content you upload, or (c) your misuse of the Service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email before the change takes effect. Your continued use after that point means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by local consumer-protection law; otherwise by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service. We’ll try to resolve disputes informally first — email support@bodymog.com and we’ll respond.
